Ceres to Cupar short Section (2 miles)

1. From the T junction, before a wooden gateway on the Ceres Moor track, carry straight on, with a wood on your left. (See Damside to Ceres section).

2. The path descends through Owlet wood. At times this section can be muddy.

3. At the end of the path, with the golf course on your left, cross the Ceres road to the pavement.
   
4. Follow the pavement on the right side into town and cross the road at the traffic island just before the Tesco supermarket.

5. Continue over the railway bridge into Cupar and down to cross the river Eden bridge .

6. Pass a used car business on your left and turn right into Crossgate staying on the left side of Crossgate.

7. After only 20 metres, walk up some steps on your left to Short Lane, just before the Post Office.

8. Continue up this narrow lane passing St.John's Church hall on your right.

9. At the end of the lane turn left and after 100 metres turn right down Provost Wynd, back to Age Concern.
