Bike & Hike Registration Rotary Club of Cupar

• Within Tentsmuir Forest there are three mapped routes with colour-coded way-markers, which form part of the Kingdom of Fife Millenium Cycle-ways. Any of these is suitable for a family fun day out.

• The "Bike" option starts at 11am, and you can choose a route of 2¾, 4½ or 5¼ miles.

• If you prefer the "Hike" option,  we have planned a hike along the beach to view the seals which lie up on the beach at low tide. This walk is about 3 miles in total and starts at 10am. Follow the first part of the yellow-coded cycle route from the car park, turn right on to the beach when you reach the ice-house, and head directly out across the beach towards the sea.

• Bring your own packed lunch or picnic.

• All cars require a £1.00 coin to gain entry to the forest.

• This is a gem of a beauty spot in the North East of Fife and the event promises to be a day of fun for all.
